I graduated from Eastbrook High School in 1970. I married my childhood sweetheart, Diane and we have been married 45 years. We have two sons Jeff and Tim, five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. I was a pipe-fitter, and in 1980 the Lord pressed on my heart that I needed to be doing something else. The idea of becoming a pastor was beyond a foreign idea, but the Lord continued to work on my heart and I wasn’t content until I did it. I then earned a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry, a Masters in Pastoral Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary, and a Doctorate of Theology from International Seminary. In 1993, we decided to start Grace Community Church, where I am still serving as the pastor.

I was born in South Jersey. I went to high school and Bible College in Kentucky, where I met and after college married my wife Barb. We started a family and had three wonderful girls. Then we moved to Burundi, Africa for seven years, where our son was born. When we came back to America, we came back to World Gospel Mission Headquarters, in Indiana and helped start Pioneer Faith Community Church. In May of 1993 we joined Grace Community Church, where I became Associate Pastor and Music Director. We have been here for 22 years of wonderful ministry.
