Tom Mansbarger: Pastor
I graduated from Eastbrook High School in 1970. I married my childhood sweetheart, Diane and we have been married 54 years. We have two sons Jeff and Tim, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. I was a pipe-fitter, and in 1980 the Lord pressed on my heart that I needed to be doing something else. The idea of becoming a pastor was beyond a foreign idea, but the Lord continued to work on my heart and I wasn’t content until I did it. I then earned a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry, a Masters in Pastoral Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary, and a Doctorate of Theology from International Seminary. In 1993, we decided to start Grace Community Church, where I am still serving as the pastor.

I was born in Marion, IN in March 1974. I grew up in Grant County and graduated from Eastbrook HS in 1992. After three years of college, where I majored in Psychology, I left school and was married to my wife Niki. I became an electrician in 1995 and joined the IBEW in 1998. Niki and I have 3 wonderful children, Blake, Bailey, and Ryan. We also have 2 terrific grandchildren Everett and Renn.

In the summer of 1987, I surrendered myself to full-time Christian ministry. I wasn’t sure the capacity it would be in though. I served on the Elder board here at Grace Community from 1998-2021 and also have taught Sunday School for several years. I felt the Lord was calling me to ministry as a pastor. I joined the staff in March 2022 and am excited to serve the Lord and the people at Grace.

Andrea McQueen: Children’s Director
I was born and raised in Van Buren and attended Eastbook, where I met my husband, Blake. He invited me to come to service with him in the fall of 2010 and together we have attended Grace Community Church since. Since attending Grace Community Church, I was lead to become the Children’s director in 2013 and then graduated Taylor University in 2014. God has blessed Blake and me with two precious children, Everett and Renn, whom we are so honored to raise them up in GCC with our family and church family.
Ray Dosh: Business Manager
Born in the central Michigan area and grew up near Battle Creek as the son of a Baptist minister. I served four years of active duty with the Navy and came to know our Savior personally in October, 1973, in Yorba Linda, CA. After active duty, I attended Purdue University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Technology in 1980. I then moved to Marion as a pilot for Bell Packaging Corp. I met Cindy that year and we were married three years later. I continued in the Naval Reserve through college and many years thereafter earning an officer’s commission in 1984 and retiring as a Lieutenant in 1991 after more than 20 years of total military service. I have continued flying for various companies and individuals, and have been flying for Steel Dynamics, Inc, a Fort Wayne-based steel producer, since 2004 and full-time since 2011. I became the Treasurer for Grace Community Church in 2004 and became the Business Manager a few years later.

I have been married for 57 years and have been extremely blessed with a wonderful daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren. My husband, Troy and I have attended Grace Community Church since 1996 and I have been Bookstore Betty and Receptionist since June of 2003.

I retired from VIA Credit Union in 2011, on a Friday, after fourteen years of service and started working here at Grace Community Church on that following Monday.
